The Pyramid Hike and Meditation at Marna Lake near Pincher creek was spectacular. Jens, the builder and visionary for this amazing place was our hiking guide and host. He was full of stories, information and enthusiasm about the healing energies of this sacred place. The horses, bulls, rocks, sky, lake, geese, hawks and trees were remarkable. The potluck lunch was the perfect fall feast, and the meditation in the pyramid was warm and loving. I will be going down again in the spring so watch for an email then.
