Come drum at the foot of Mount Yamnuska, a sacrred mountain on the Morley Reserve. Drumming in the great outdoors if good for your soul! We will do a gentle walk in the forest, smudge and drum in circle, share lunch and return refreshed and renewed. Drumming in nature is one of the best, most natural and healing things you can do on a summer day! We will meet at the Westhills parking lot near the Safeway at 9am, or at the Lodge at 10am.
NOTE: I might be able to hire a guide to take us to a medicine wheel in the forest.
