Drum Hikes

Drum Hikes

”These hikes have inspired our whole family to start to hike together again.”

“The only question I’m left with is, why don’t I do this more often?”

Rhythm in the Rockies – Drum-Hike Program

Grounding ~ Healing ~ Inspiring ~ Connecting

We will meet in the city or at the trail head in 5 beautiful locations throughout the Rockies, and in the Prairies or Badlands in the fall. After strapping a variety of drums onto our backpacks we will hike to a lovely drum circle space, eat our lunches, create a magical meditative drum circle experience, Native Smudging ritual, and return in silence to our vehicles for a cold refreshing beverage, or hot tea if the weather is chilly.

All our hikes are intended to be fun-loving, community building, moderatley challenging, spiritually engaging and rhythmically alive events. They are guaranteed to lift your spirits, help you let go of built-up stress and ground you to the rhythms of nature, your breath, heart and to the beat of your drum.

*All hikes moderately chalenging, one really easy per summer!
