Circles of Rhythm is proud and honored to be a part of numerous community events around Calgary each year. This Sunday, (March 8th from 11:30am-12:30pm)
is International Women’s Day and we are doing a fun and inspirational synergy opening with our colorful Boom Whackers and the big DJUNE DJUNES on stage at Cardell Place!
Our world is slowly but surely embrasing more “feminine” traits, and it is about time! In order to be successful in my career I have had to hone many masculine traits. ie: goal setting, assertivenss, independance and logic. They have served me well, but without balancing them with some feminine traits it is easy to become too future oriented, focusing on things rather than people, and bottom line results driven. This can, and has lead to oversights and imbalances in our relatioships, our health and the environment.
The feminine has become chronically undeveloped, in us and in our society as a whole.
Join us for an hour on Sunday morning to honor the feminine, have some fun and get inspired! I will be opening the hour with a Boom Whacker synergy session, with drummers on stage, followed by speakers and enetertainers.
