Lala/Zombie Land…
No matter where you go in the world, there you are! You can’t escape or run away from your problems, unhealthy beliefs or issues. But, the wisdom to grow and change is with you always!
So as I sit on the white sand looking over the aqua water, my heart is full, and the “stuff” I have to deal with in my heart is melting away. What a perfect place to work through past pains and regrets, forgive self and others and let go. If you have a winter vacation, or more time indoors to reflect, please don’t just escape into the vacation lala land, or television zombie land.
Use this winter season to make some key shifts inside yourself.
